The City of Burbank is a Blue City
a majority Democratic City
with nearly all of its elected officials Democrats

As of March 20, 2009
Burbank has 56,122 registered voters of whom 25,203 are Democrats,
16,405 are Republicans, 11,927 are Decline to State and a few for
each of the remaining parties.

Of course the city itself is “nonpartisan,” so the actual party affiliation of the
City Council and School Board members isn’t generally known and the fact that
most of them are registered Democrats is neither here nor there
(but they are, in case you were wondering.)

The Assembly person for district 43 is Democrat Paul Krekorian.

The State Senator for District 21 is Democrat Carol Lui

The Congressmen for Districts 27 and 29 are
Democrats Brad Sherman and Adam Schiff.

And of course your US Senators are Democrats
Barbara Boxer and Dianne Feinstein
